Martyr in 9 Days!!

I don't know if anyone is familiar with the Quebec technical death metal band Martyr, but they're coming back to Halifax after five years of absence! Dan Mongrean's playing is beyond sick, and he plays a Jackson Warrior!

Pretty sure I'm just going to stand open mouthed the entire concert, but, if I get enough wits about me I'll try to take pictures. No promises though!

I was so happy when I seen that Steve took that picture!! Probably one of the best shows I've ever seen... their second guitarist was too ill to play, and their bassist left his six-string in Moncten, so he had to transpose songs on the fly. Amazing.
