I agree Siggy, that's my favorite Chili Peppers album as well.
I just heard a song off of the new Dokken album today. Usually on Thursdays, I listen to Eddie Trunk's show on KNAC.com at work. He played a song off of the new Dokken CD today and I thought it was "ok". I thought Levin did pretty good (on the song that I heard). I remember thinking that he was trying to get as close as he could to the Lynch sound and style...and I thought he did pretty good. Well, right after that Eddie played a track off of the new Lynch cover CD and well, it was like someone just flipped on a light or something...definitely a difference.
