I hope I get the chance to choose a sig guitar one day. It will be neon green and orange and have Optimus Prime transforming in inlays up the neck inlaid in the resin of virgin's tears with burnt adamantium hardware.

as for the guitar, it was pretty cool. Not particularly remarkable. Did like the old school logo though

Jeff Loomis would be the best move Jackson could possibly fuggin' do. Get Jenna to blow him or sumthin'..

They sign posers and has beens instead. Jackson became the MTV of guitars. Kinda sad really.

Chris Broderick was a smart grab, but not nearly as powerful as Jeff...and he would agree!

I've known what Jackson doesn't..I know the who's who in the metal kingdom. There is a valid pecking order, not a popularity contest. That's what made Jackson king in the first place..they lost sight of this. So, ESP, Dean, Schecter, IBZ snatched 'em up instead. They played it smart.

I read on an interview he made on greek Metal Hammer a couple of years ago, where he said that he used to play jackson on early days, when he was asked what other guitars he prefers.
That was so cool! Jeff Loomis prefers Jackson!
I hope this to mean something in the near future!

Jeff always played his black RR1 live before he started playing 7 strings around 2001

Then Chris B started to play 7s when he joined NM as a rythm player. He learned Jeff's solos so well..Jeff was cool/humble enough to let him take those live. How cool is that?
