Saw Carl Palmer play last night at BB King's in NYC. Amazing set from an amazing drummer. The trio was filled out by guitarist Paul Bielatowicz and bassist Simon Fitzpatrick. Both of them were bad-ass too. If your into ELP definitely check out this tour if it comes through your town.

Carl Palmer is in pure beast mode behind a drum kit. He is fantastic. BB King's is a cool place to go.
I went there once back in 2002 i think, and we went outside to smoke a fatty and these really cool cops let us take our picture with them,
not with the joint of course but one cop gave me his hat to wear in the pic, and another gave his nightstick to my friend ben.
i will dig it up and post it , you can't get in trouble in new york. you can, but in the old days, you really had to try hard .Not helping the situation since 1965! -
I only got to see CP play once, but unfortunately that was with Asia. He & Steve Howe still made it worthwhile, though.Comment
