Imagine if that guy could actually play the solo. That was aweful. Not to toot my own horn but I have been playing that solo for at least 20 years now.
He hit many of the root notes (the recognizable notes to the average listener) but he did a ton of improvising.
BTW... the Mathias Jabs version of that solo is one of the greatest.
