Compressor/Limiter/Gate

I am looking for an inexpensive but quality rack compressor/limiter/gate to add to my setup. Does anyone have experience with any of the following units that you can offer some advice?

Alesis 3630
dbx 266xl
TC Electronic C-300

I just picked up a DBX 266XL but I intend to use it with the PA not my guitar. DBX has always made pretty good rack compressors over the years and not too expensive.

I would go with the DBX. Thats all they make pretty much is compressors.

If you check out my rack I have a DBX1074 that I scored for 250 bucks on craigslist but that is overkill for most applications.
