as read in another forum, you can pull out the power tubes as well.
BUT not in every amp.
Some kind of elektronik might get up in smoke.
Tech-guys can look up in the schematics if it's a problem...

But most solid amps will keep working.

Well, going by what's been said in this thread, I'd hazard a guess that it works perfectly fine.
