I'm wondering..has anyone here purchased the Gearbox Gold bundles for Vetta patches added to their Line 6 recording hardware?

A fool and his money are easily parted...Good luck in whatever you decide.
1. Have you tried the Modern Hi-Gain on the Vetta II? If so, is it exact? Somewhat? Not even close? Since you're an enthusiast of the early Line 6 stuff, I'll trust your opinion on this.
2. If you were in my shoes, what would you do? Flextone II HD or Vetta? Keep in mind my infatuation with the Soldano models.

Update: I finally located a Vetta II, but this will require a road trip tomorrow. On the flip side, I have a line on a Flextone II HD head.
I hate decisions!

With that in mind, they are great for noodling around with, but suck to gig with (IMHO). My 120W tube Ampeg will send the Line 6 off to cower in the corner after being pushed just a little.
A lot of people have experimented with various dual-cab setups to get that stereo sound, but having 2 floorboards and 2 Flextones sounds very complicated.
Oh, oh, duck!
By the way, have you ever gigged with the Vetta?
