Old Celestion G12-75 speaker

Is it any good? I believe it's made in the late 70s... will it still work fine?
Is it better than the current G12T-75? This one's made in England, that's for sure...

They say that speakers sound different after use. I known mine are made in England, in both my Marshall cabs. I'd say if the price is right, and you want it, go for it.

I know, Ron, but I assumed that not everybody will be looking at both sections (eBay and Amps). I just wanted an answer before the end of the auction.

People went on a bidding craze on that auction, so I've decided that I'll get a couple of Celestion Vintage 30s. They seem to be a better option, according to what I've read in this forum and Harmony Central.
