I bought mine at Sam Ash. I thought I got a good deal . I got it for 1140.00 Brand new. The sound quaity for clean is the best I've ever hear but the drive channel is more suited for classic rock then metal. I'm more of a metal player so mine is getting traded in for a Krank Revolution 1.

Yeah....Ed Roman. The guy puts the uuuuuuuuudddddd in pudd. I've been steering clear of the guy since the good ole days. IWANTTROUBLE. No really NEWB. I've never dealt fender much and my usual guy is in California. I am done with coast to coast sales. UPS and Fedex just kill stuff. I don't usually pay Mus Friend typo prices. I figure it could be had for around $975 shipped...
          Ed Roman! HA

'70's silverface stuff is still a bargain, but not for long I would guess. There's even some late '60s bargains still out there. What kind of tone are you looking for? Twins are a little cold sounding, and heavy as anything.

One guy in my country got it for 100 euros...from some peasant who didn't even know what it is. That's luck!

the local music store near me (Milford, CT) had 2 of them in stock. They were pretty trashed and they wanted $700.00 for one and $1100.00 for the other. The $700.00 had replacement speakers and the wrong grill on it.
