• Recommend good, cheap Rack Tuner, please

Well, since it looks like I´m putting a rack together again, I ´ll need a new tuner since stupid me sold his Petersen.

Obviously I´m spoiled by the Petersen, and it´s 100% sure I´ll buy a new one if the rack lasts... but for the time being something like one of those Korg thingies will suffice..

Any recommendations??

I just bought a Fender Chromatic rack tuner off of E-Bay new for like $90 shipped. It seems to be great quality, is accurate, and easily visible.

I can send the auction to ya if you'd like (shoot me a PM)

I have a KORG DTR-2 rackmount and it has been pretty cool. usually around a $100us used. It isn't no Peterson though, haha... But, I'd be reluctant to gig with a nice peterson as it would get banged around too much.

Korg makes great tuners.
I have been thinking of buying a DTR 1000 or 2000.

I've got a Korg DTR-1000. It's a very cool tuner!

Hey LPC, I wandered over to DDD today and they had that same Fender racktuner on sale for 100€, I think for live use it´s more than enough... and that funky display is almost the first step in pimping the rack out, too

Thanks for the tip
