Nice! But 6 to 8 months to build now? It's more than double that for a Custom Shop these days.

Thanks! Definitely an 80's Throwback with a Lynch/DeMartini Vibe.

Jackson should stop using truss covers completely. Look at the damage caused by the screws. For a 20 cent piece of plastic.

I wish the inlays were Abalone but I ain't complaining by any means.

Very cool, looks like it even has the shifted volume knob. Big plus. The inlays are an odd choice but look well done. They are like Space Invaders, but extra evil.

That's nice and all... But red snakeskin needs a Cockdragon on it.

                    Haha awesome axe. Enjoy

One must take great care in researching "Cock Dragon"...so much so that I will only do so here on the JCF!

I'd agree. Kind of pointless. Although this had an oversized "Jackson" Cross TRC from what I can see from a prior owner (below link) which probably accounts for it. Think that thing was stock? I'll most likely put a plain black replacement on it at some point.

I just ordered a King V custom select and it's scheduled almost a year out. Wouldn't a totally custom masterbuilt take even longer?

Nice score, very unique guitar. The inlays remind me of Kirk Hammett's inlays on his guitars. I agree on the truss rod covers, I would forgo that option on a custom build. Stupid question, what is an Ibanez style side jack look like?
