  • Carvin V3 vids...Charvel CS Dinky and Agile AL-3100

    Bros,

Made some vids of my new V3 this afternoon. Excuse the shit playing...it's been a LONG time since I've actaully sat down and really worked on technique. I've basically just wanked around since I got back into playing in January.

Agile AL-3100 (various Tool riffs...managed to almost get the Adam Jones tone)

Charvel Custom Shop Dinky (Whitesnake - "Still of the Night" ...sort of)

    Word. :ROTF:

Sounded very cool. What are your amp settings? I've got a V3 head and always like to look for different tones.

sounded good! I had to crank my PC speakers up for it though (and then turn back down for your other clips! )
          Hail yesterday

Haha. I know, I had to turn the mic input volume waaay down or else it would clip like crazy with the bass from the V3. After I get back from deployment for good in early 2010, I'll get a basic recording setup and make some proper clips. (hopefully I'll have a Diezel by then, too)
