Im trying to do a song ala soft Opeth (I love that clean album they did, blows me away.

Anyway, im workign on thie beginning, and my gut tells me the timing or somethign isnt right going from the opening riff to the main track. LEt me know if it makes sense to you musically, or if I should try something different!!!

    thanks for any opinions!

thanks guys, im slowly updating it. Have a peek, hows the fidelity?

I have such a hard time playing in sync with a slower tempo (or any tempo for that matter, I never put in any time in front of a metronome)

Lyrics will be in soon, as well as a chorus and the whole enchilada. I expect it to be 7 minutes or so in length by the time its said and done!

never...EVER...impose a time limit on a song...you will know when it is finished...it could be 7 minutes...it could be 3 and a half...you'll know when it's done and you've said what you need to say...d.m.
