  • My PC-1 on Youtube

Been looking at most of the PC-1 uploads on Youtube so I thought I would add mine. Some of the stuff you guys uploaded is incredible, and I dont claim to be at anywhere near the level of talent seen by this group.

I like the sound that the PC-1 generates. I thought I would give it a try at a talent show when my son approached me for a chance to win some cash, so we tossed together a quick medly. I messed up on a few spots but hopefully it gives you a feel for the tone. You can hear the sustainer working in some spots.

I like Jacksons because they stay in tune, and everyone and thier brother has a Fender of Gibson. Those are great guitars of course, but I like to be a little different, and am loyal to brands for some crazy reason.

We did wind up splitting 100 bucks, my first time getting paid to play!

My son put his half towards a new PDP X-7 kit. The one in the vid he has had since he was a little knucklehead. Having kids can produce your backup if you plan it right!

Hey man, nice job. Hard to see the PC1 though with camera so far away. Sounds great though - nice job.

I only have 1 clip of my pc1 - posted in another thread here. I keep forgetting to bring the video camera to gigs at the same time i bring my PC1!

Last weekend I played my SL1. Jackson guitars kick so much ass, i can't understand why more people don't own/play them.

      Thanks dude

      Close up here,

really like the way the quilting came out, has hues of gold that accent the hardware. Quilt kinda looks bengal like in some ways, almost matches our bengal house cat!

Not sure how the grains came about, wood selections differ, but you look at the quilts from the Jackson site you see more like a wind over water effect:

Recording vids seemed to help in some ways, of course its easy to be super critical but something can always be learned.

my god mocha is so classy. I have a chlorine PC1 which is pretty but doesn't look quite as elegant as black.

I may have to get another someday!

I had a Chlorine PC-1, and sold it. I finally bought another one a year and a half ago, and it is NEVER leaving my stable!

That's awesome! You need to have another couple of kids to fill out on bass and rhythm so you can wank all the time!

Is that your boy on the drums? Good job to both of you!

I plan on teaching my daughter how to play string and keyboard instruments... After she gets her black belt in Kyokushin Karate, of course

                Thanks

Yes thats my one and only son Chris on drums. Playing together really has made us close, he is 20 now and Im proud of him.

I gave the wife an Epiphone Firebird bass for Christmas last year so I am working on that rhythm section.

Nice thick tone there! I especially liked the feedback!

TY, I use 12 GA VTG Commercial speaker cables to the 4x12 cab, it really helps IMHO

I think so gregthatshreds, a thick high quality cable will reduce signal loss and give added shielding.

                          Thanks JacksoNeal
