Ok, I know a girl who knows a guy who recently bought a Strat from another guy that I've never heard of.
She says "it's a Limited Edition with one area of the body sanded to look like a different color", so I'm assuming it's like that Anderson Strat that had the arm bevel on top in Natural with the body painted a solid or trans color.
Pearloid pickguard, 3 singles, top-mounted (standard) jack.
She's not guitar-savvy, and didn't have much more info on it (serial, fretboard, frets, bridge, etc). She asked me how much it was worth, and I said between $200 and $2000 depending on what it really is and the condition.
She said the one guy that bought it new thought it was too pretty to play so he just stuck it in the case and bought a different one to play.
She also said the "sanded" part was glossy, not rough, so I'm assuming it came that way (as I said, like those Anderson Strats).
He only paid $300 for it, and wants to know if he got a good deal on it (but she said he wasn't looking to sell it).
