Let me sing the praises of a particularly great ebay seller!
I purchased a new Randall power amp from this seller and had it shipped to me in Montreal. Well lo and behold it arrived via those morons from UPS and was not functioning. The protection light was lit up and the amp made rattling noises from within.
I instantly emailed the seller and informed him that my amp had arrived basically DOA. He quickly assured me to send it back and that a new one would be shipped to me.
This is not some huge Guitar Center power seller but just one smallish seller that stocks great Randall gear as well as other fine products. To say that I was impressed (as well as relieved) by his honesty and great customer service is a huge understatement. In this day and age such service and consideration is sadly very rare indeed.
