  • Jackson PC1 Pickups

Hi, I have just bought a PC1. The pickups have all been adjusted to try and get a similar volume across them all. Is there an ideal height for the sustainer from the strings? Or can it be as close as possible.
If anyone has any pickup height settings that would be great.
    thanks

The sustainer driver/pickup should be at the same distance from the strings as the bridge pickup. Ideal is 4mm (5/32) from the low E to the face of the pickup.

Thanks, is this with the string pressed at the last fret?

Measured from the face of the pickup to the low E string, unfretted.
