What is the sustain block in mm? I want to replace it with a Floyd brass block.

In what guitar? THeres usually 3 different sizes 32mm 37mm and 42mm and in some cases some manufacturers use special sizes like 34mm. -

Best thing to do is remove your guitar's backplate and measure the height of the existing sustain block, or, possibly look for a number stamped on it to indicate its height.
Many guitars these days with recessed Floyds and zero neck angle relative to the body require 32mm blocks. It's just become "the default".Comment
