New member, big Charvel (and to a lesser degree Jackson) fan. I have a few 475's, an old CSM 1G, and an SC Super Stock, and a couple of Jackson's (PC3 and an Adrian Smith). Happy to find a cool forum like this!
Anyway, to my question; I was foiled in my effort to get one of the new SC-1 Relic's so I've purchased a 475 body that I'm going to experiment with distressing/relicing. As far as necks go, I'd like to get something with jumbo frets and a compound radius. What will I need to look for in terms of a heel or whatever to ensure it fits the body? This is my first build, so please, be gentle.
