  • My "review" of a floyd rose intonation tool

so I recently got the pick pocket intonation tool from skyscraper guitars. Pretty easy to use, and I did like an informal review of it, and showed how I set up my low E string on my Jackson with it. Hopefully it helps somebody here?? Not sure if this will help my tuning instability, probably not, but time will tell!

First off, I wrapped my allen keys with tape, too. Ha Ha.
    Second, thanks for the demonstration.
8 strings? Because 6 is too easy?

I see you noticed that! that's awesome. I realized i already had three 3 allen wrenches and then added the 2.5 allen wrench to the collection and in order to find that quickly I needed to wrap tape around the new wrench.

Great review and demonstration. I had never heard of Skyscraper's Pick Pocket tool before. I was only familiar with the Floyd Rose "The Key" (https://floydrose.com/products/rgkeyit) and the Ibanez EJK1000 (https://www.ibanez.com/usa/products/...jk1000_99.html). Have you tried those other tools for comparison?

thanks, I have heard of the key and have seen it in action, but haven't read completely favorable things about it, so I avoided it. Not saying it isn't good, but now that I have something that works for me, I'll be keeping this!
