  • Wood quality for new KV body

HI everyone i currently have a js32 and im feeling the need to improve it. As you may all know the body wood is indian cedro. my first guitar is a stagg guitar, wich sucks hard, but the body wood is alder, and after picking it up again a bit, i found it has actually a not at all bad sound, with horrible pickups. I belive it may be the boddy wood, because all the rest sucks and my js beats it up with no problem. After this it mad stronger my idea of making a ne body for it with alder, or other woods. So my question is how to choose a piece of wood? How to know if that piece of alder is good for making my guitar body? Thanks in advance.

Not worth the effort if you ask me... Keep the guitar as it is and just save up for a better one.
It's all about the blues-rock chatter.
