  • Fiting a OFR to a fender 6 screw bridge - info please?

Hi all, as above i've a nice relic strat (83 neck/MJT body) that im contemplating routing for a hss and fitting an OFR too. The neck was originally cut for a Kahler 22xx system (I believe still have the trem somewhere on the original body).
Can anybody tell me which nut size (r2 etc) that i need or is that worked out entirely on the neck dimensions?

Thanks alot guys - PS also on the lookout for an old Floyd in chrome if anyone has one knockin about theyre interested in selling =)

    Thanks guys.

Ebay is your friend on the WTB a floyd post.

As for the nut its based off the neck dimension, measure the width and we can help you more.

This is an excellent resource for retrofitting a Floyd to a Strat.

you will need to shim the neck or recess the trem. as for the nut depends on the width. or just use the lock that already on it from the Kahler install
