I don't think 24f RRs were ever made as production models.

Correct: Jackson Stars are made in Japan for the Japanese market only. To get one in the U.S. you have to import it through a Japanese dealer. There was never a 24-fret production U.S. RR, but there is currently the JS30RR, which is 24-fret (and available in the U.S.):

So how do you import a Jackson Stars through a Japanese dealer?

Holy shit, that Rhoads with the white pins is awesome. I didn't see that on the jackson stars page...

Yeah when did they make em. I will never understand the absolute need for 24 frets.

There was never a US production Rhoads with 24 frets.

All 24 Fret Rhoads are either Imports or Custom Ordered.

And to be honest, I don´t think it´s that good for a company to be "copping" from ex-endorsees, all that "wannabe -laiho" above is gonna do is advertise for ESP... They´re shooting themselves in the foot IMO if this is a production axe, Import or not....

Why? i think that might be interesting to have 24fret RR.

                              btw, js30rr is total crap.
