Jackson(Schaller made in Germany) Floyd Rose question

Hello! I own a late 1980’s Jackson USA Phil Collen Archtop Guitar which came with a Jackson Schaller made in Germany Floyd style bridge.

My question concerns the bridge mounting studs; do these just require a 3mm hex tool or are these one of those which have a smaller hex socket which needs to be loosened prior to raising or lowering the bridge? Thanks in advance!!

if they are original, they do not have a lock

I thought only the Ibanez Edge and Ibanez Lo-Pro Edge (both made by Gotoh) were the only double-locking tremolo bridges that came with locking studs that needed two different-sized wrenches to raise and lower the bridge. Never heard of this in the Jackson/Charvel world before.

THe gotoh ge-1996 has those. I never heard of schallers having them though.
