The serial would be U0 not UO. Also, please read the rules and don't try to spam the forum. You need to be a Platinum Member to sell anything here, so click the Go Platinum link at the top of the forum to purchase a one-year membership.

All you have to do is look in ebay completed auctions. One sold for $1399 with free shipping.

That said, I've been watching ebay. The same exact guitar purchased by a flipper for $930 was sold for $1400.

Two fire crackle M6's - one sold for $1K, the other for $400 + change.

My advice to you is to sell it with a buy it now. Or you can sell it starting at the minimum you want to take and see if it goes any higher. But from what I'm seeing, buyers don't want to get into a bidding war, and some rich guys just like to hit the BIN and be done with it (instant gratification).

So there you go. My .02.

I bought this in 1998 from a Music academy. I've had it tuned up at GCenter and they all tell me I have a great guitar. Made in USA, "back when Jackson's were actually great guitars"....worth a pretty good penny.

it looks exactly like this one:

pictures will be coming soon to this thread.

I can tell you the serial number at the bottom of the neck is UO 44 04.

I'll be honest, I want to sell it. I rarely play anymore and I'm desperate for money. I've been holding off because I feel that it'll be worth more with time. It's in perfect condition.

pictures to come as soon as i take them!

    thanks for the help!
