  • Sure Dead Around Here

I've even been looking at Peavey Rudy Sarzo Basses
I've wanted a Pre Cirrus Sarzo Bass since the Whitesnake days & have come across a few but the price & quality is never quite right..
I know this isn't the Peavey forum but is a Bass Forum..
I really likes the looks of the Red bass but the warped neck & missing parts make it junk & the other one just isn't talking because of the color & alight damage..

For now the ole 1986 2B will have to do.. + The Kramer Duke Bass..
BTW I had a heart attack two weeks ago & haven't picked up a guitar since BUT want too Badly..

Somebody's going to nab the one with the warped neck, know what they're doing, and fix that I bet.

I just saw this Charvel 2B for around a hundred on eBay that looks pretty sweet for anyone that needs a nice bass for cheap

Yup I wish I could see whats going on with that Sarzo bass, Looks almost like someone has used a wrench on the truss rod? they may have ruined it? Who knows? The seller doesn't take questions & the buisiness doesn't come up if you google it..
I'll just let it pass.. If it was close bye I'd be all over it.

Wish the timing was better on that 2B. I'd love to add it to the fold but I have my eye on something I'm saving up for so...

dead because there's nothing special out there in a while
I'm waiting to see when the next user is gonna sell off their lefty......
there is the dark green 575 with a bad neck, I might bid on that one and just throw my spare neck on it just to get a case and a nice body.

also if the price was not going to go thru the roof at the end, I'd love to get the companion bass to my TAK I already have:

I think it's dead because computers and the intarwebs are too hard for bass players. Only the special ones can figure it out. (I have a theory that these ones actually started out as guitar players and then switched...)

Maybe you have it backwards and most guitarists can't handle something big like a bass.

ya for real WRC, I hope everything is going well, the singer from our old band had a heart attack and they put a stent in there to take care of it.

I feel a bit stronger each day..
They tried a stent etc but would open back up so they left it alone & are giving me drugs & diet + no alcohol, stress or anything that tastes good or that feels good etc.
BTW I started playing bass & switched to guitar in the 90s & then did both for a while & then came back to bass & my sons play guitar & my youngest son plays both so I have both around now plus nylon, acoustic, mandolin, electric 6 string guitar & short scale 4 string bass plus my 2B Charvel..
I'll have the guitars back in my hands very soon, when I feel I can have some time & won't have any stress involved & can jam away for a while.. Just at least thump out the NIB Solo.. OH YEAH!!
