I'm not a big fan of Strat bodies myself, but I love the trans black and ivory finishes over ash that they offered on the JRS. Well, I'm assuming the import was also ash. If you ever decide to ditch the EMG, a Full Shred will sound great in ash.

I've always liked those guitars. I prefer the strat body to the dinky.

            Very nice.

Jackson need to make more maple boards!

I'm really into single hums at the moment and I am having real difficulty not buying a COW - GAS!

I wish Jackson still had the JRS available... maple and reverse headstock: that's the way to go! It's a cool guitar. Congrats, Peter.
