Yep standard DR3.
The DK3 was a HSH version of the DK2 & I think it had a reverse headstock. 2000 was last year of production, not sure what 1st year was.

Nope, it's a regular headstock like the DK2. The only difference between them is the neck pup is a humbucker and all the pups are direct-mounted in the DK3. Here's a scan from the 2000 flyer.
