  • Question about SL3 MIJ: legit or fake ?

Hi to all, new user here, I hope this is the right section.

Can anyone spot if this SL3 MIJ in is fake or legit ?
The logo on the head-stock seems strange: I think it's too much near the border, but I don't know if it's something that used to happen.
I saw a lot of head-stock from other SL3 online but I've never seen a logo positioned like that.

    Thanks in advance

    Edit: sorry, wrong section.

MIJ SL3's are all trans-color with matching headstocks

Added: I can't tell the color of that ones head stock. They're flamed maple tops on body and headstock

    This is a natural SL3 I owned

I know the old saying that the value of an opinion is generally inversely proportional to the strength with which it is held.

Headstock of a MIJ SL-4 same thing but it's a 22 fret soloist

        Thank you, John.
So, if I understand correctly the non matching stock means that there's something wrong, apart from the strangely positioned logo on the head-stock, right ?
