What is this Jackson guitar.

I have a nice wood stained Jackson serial number on back says 502340. A sight says this is a professional series from 1995. But the headstock looks nothing like a Jackson headstock. Also their are no shark fin inlays. There are three pickups tremolo says Jackson licensed under floyd rose. Anyone know what this is??
