Honest opinions wanted on new 2016 MIM Pro-Mod neck quality

Thinking of taking the plunge on a new Charvel Pro-Mod, but sam ash refuses to bring one to my local store unless I buy it first. Yes, they’re azzholes, I know but.......

Anyway I want opinions on the quality of the new 2016 MIM necks, how do they compare to MIJ & MIA?
Do they have rolled edges?
Cut back fret tangs?
Profile?

One thing that makes me somewhat hesitant about the 2016 Mexican Pro-Mod necks is that they are now flatsawn maple with graphite reinforcement rods. Up to 2015 they were quartersawn maple. Perhaps I'm overly cautious.
