Need wiring help....

Hello folks, I need a bit of help. I want to wire the old Jackson mid-range boost into my ESP guitar that has a single humbucker. The only issue is that I still want to have my mini toggle to do the coil tap. Can anyone here help me with this? I am terrible when it comes to this kind of stuff.
