control and tremelo covers

Do you guys know if the newer promod covers will fit a model series? I recently bought a refinished model 88 that has nasty scratched plastic covers and I would like to replace them with the new metal ones if they fit.

Pro Mod control covers are the too small to fit the Model 88 control cavity. You may have better luck with a Jackson Import cover (DK, DX series) but there will probably be an additional screw hole if I recall correctly. Have no idea on the trem covers.

I'd check with Dave at Frets on the Net, I'm sure he can set you up with the proper fitting pieces.
