I've got an original one that is the US made. It is black. I'd love to trade it for another US made one with a different finish as I don't like black.

I have three originals. Mine are stratheads.

One is a stock HSS in black.

One is pink/salmon HSS, but the pickups are replaced (BKP Warpig in the bridge and fancy wiring).

The last one is HS with a tele looking pickguard, but painted like a warbird.

Have you had an opportunity to do
    Playability and Sound comparison?
Just curious how similar or different they are, in your opinion.

It is my 1st HSS and I jumped at the
    Limited Edition ad.

This was also my intro into there being different
FRTs. I thought " Special " also meant Limited Edition.

Now I know there are separate Editions with varying levels of quality.
I'm glad you like it! I've been GASing over the blue one since they were announced, even more since I just realized I've got a few OFRs laying around and a strat case with no strat
I still don't know if I can justify it without the TBX pots though

Yes. That was an unfortunate oversight on my part.
And it doesn't come with a case.
If I keep mine, I will do a swap.
I bought into the Hype too eagerly.

    I do like it overall.
