  • PC1 Question

As many have probably seen, my beloved 1998 PC1 has been up for sale for a while now. I recently had a local luthier do a full setup, polish, neck conditioning and some routine fret maintenance. She is sadly going to be sold. However I am curious if anyone has ever seen writing in the trem cavity where the backing plate rests before? Also trying to figure out other than the obvious what else my nack says. Thanks!

I do know that the number above the date is the serial number of my guitar. it matches the neckplate. Just curious what the rest is?

Who wrote "need special plates" on the rim of the trem cavity?

And who soldered that ground to the size of a dollar?

Don't know who wrote it. Was curious if it was possible the factory did that? The guitar is fantastic but sadly it has to leave the fleet as more medical bills are due :-(
