  • Kelly Hardware

Recently purchased a trans black KE2. I’m not crazy about the chrome hardware with this particular finish so I swapped everything out for black but I’m having a hard time finding the right output jack plate. Where can I pick one of these up? Jack plate for the Kelly is almost perfectly flat whereas every part I can find online is curved to fit a soloist.

I bet a curved one could be straighten out in a vice. They're cheap, give it a shot.

Have you checked out Frets on the Net? If not, a fellow JCF member (Budman) runs a small business making great parts for Jackson, Charvel, BC Rich and other brands. If a flat jack plate is not listed on his site, he can probably make one for you. Dave's a great guy to deal with.
