• Vintage Hot Wheel Flames. Who has one?

In the recent past, I noticed in the JCF and on the Charvel Central more and more posts and avatars of Charvels with Vintage Hot Wheel Flames graphics.

I am curious, how many many forum members have one (or more?). Please post pics, serial # or year of make, and info if it's original or refinish.
Maybe, the JCF can open a separate Vintage Hot Wheel Flames section in the gallery ;-)

    (once again) here is mine.

Btw, what do you think about that Jackson uses this holy graphic on the import DK2, even since it ever has been an exclusively custom order only graphic and never been used on USA production models? Imo, Charvel/Jackson better reserves this graphic for USA models only.

I have an 1981 pre-pro that was originally a hot wheels.. Someone, at some point decided it needed a Kahler and needed to be painted Home Depot Green. I bought it and send it off to GMW for restoration back to the original graphic and vintage trem. It cost more to restore than I paid for the guitar.

It is the best playing guitar I own.

I just want all of you "Hot Wheels" dudes to know that I hate you all. But, I really hate Toby most of all.

              Toby, a question.
From looking at the tag,who is "MI"?
The person who was in charge of setup, assembly and wiring.
              Any idea?
Just wondering if you could give me your opinion because I have seen these often.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">According to Brian McD, the neck dress is Dave Collins, the other three are Greg Burnett.

Well those are really nice, but they look like the have never been played.
They would look much better with player wear on them. I like Maple figerboards that are worn in with dark spots from playing.

I have one too! GMW made. This graphic screams Charvel.
