    I was always a fan of Spread Eagle's first self-titled album. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lDrYQ2vg_E

Their second album, Open to the Public was kinda lame.

All I can think of now.

(Why do I always get called out? hehehehe. Strong opinions reap strong reactions. But this is not the thread for it.)
Sacred Reich... wouldn't they be considered thrash metal? They kicked ass, and they came out in the '80s, but they're not something I would categorize as '80s glam/hair music.

Giant is just amazing! They never got any fame really...
and you guys all know im a groupy for Vixen! Love "edge of a
broken heart". Im a pussy all the way...and if i can add one
thing that maybe not everyone knows?
Early on in Phx, when George was putting together Lynch Mob
he wanted to do a gig, but just get the normal local crowd without
all the fanboys..(me included!) of Dokken/Lynch fame.
So when he advertised this in the New Times', he called his band...
"Gay Nazi bikers for Christ" !! I remember reading that, and thought
..:Skinheads... i aint going to that show"... And then i was pissed 2
weeks later when i found out it was actually Lynch Mob at a venue that
only held about 80 people!! (Mason Jar) Still cracks me up to this
day, that George had that great of a sense of humor...

I have about 2500 cd's, basically all of them are 80's style hard rock, hair metal, etc. On occasion I stray off the reservation and dig stuff like King Diamond, Rawhead Rexx, Kid Rock (particularly Devil Without A Cause).

I just can't get past cookie monster vocals, Green Day vocals, and lack of melody (by my definition anyway). For better or worse, I like what I like and i'm very passionate about it.

Yep, I started thinking I would just put a few down off the top of my head, but then I got into it and went for it. I didn't realize how long this would take...
