I used the CGG to create the image of what it should look like when it's done. I've included 2 images of what I am starting with, as for hardware.. I stripped all the factory components. I'll be sending this to a luthier and having the factory finish stripped from the head stock and body. Once that is done I need to make a choice, keep this neck or find a 22 fret bound with sharkfins. New hardware , Original Floyd Rose (Gold) , Grover Mini Roto-Grip Locking Rotomatics (505 Series) (Gold) ,EMG "HET" Set, EMG 57/66 or EMG 81/60 combination. Artwork will paint over the pickups. I don't know if I'll use the factory cavity cover on front or go with a piece of diamond plate cut the same and painted as in the rendered image. I want to have it done by this fall. Will post images of finished project. Update! 9/19/15 , I'm about a week away from ordering everything except the pickups, the cavity cover has been drawn and my son is going to cut it on a CNC machine in his class. Things are starting to come together. More later.
