I actually took the humbucker out and put a singly coil in to see the difference.. I guess I don't have the ear for it, because I couldn't tell. Maybe if I would have recorded and compared that way. it makes a big difference on clean stuff. i did the same thing, but i used some cheap overwound SC. im just gonna put the X2N back in. ha haComment

What model pickup are you putting in it. The bridge position singles on most Fender Strats are wound hotter.It's pronounced soopsComment
