  • Truss rod adjustment

I just got a pair of charvels and I am getting them all set up and ready to roll. Now I just need to know how to adjust the truss rod. You cant use an allen wrench on the headstock where the little cover is by the locking nut. I am guessing the adjustment end is where the neck fits in the pocket? Help me please I just want to play the damn things.

If there is a truss rod cover thats where you adj them take the cover off and use the proper wrench to adj.Do a search to find just how to do this adj before you do if you've never done one.
    Really? well screw Mark Twain.

Do you have a pointy or strat head neck? Like straycat said......if there is a truss rod cover on the headstock, simply remove the cover and adjust the truss rod right there. If not, the truss rod adjustment will be on the heal of the neck and you will have to remove the neck to adjust it.
