  • Guitar tech in Atlanta area

Can anyone vouch for one? I used to do a lot of my own setup work, but since moving down here I don't have as much spare time or workshop space as I used to. I need to find a tech who can help with the heavy lifting and keep the "fleet" running smoothly.

The market is big enough there.
Suppose you ought to set up your own shop?

Let me know if you need a rookie amp tech.

Well I've gained some knowledge regarding the scene down here. If anyone near ATL needs help in this area, PM me for details (some of it is negative so I'd rather not post names here).

Funny thing (or not) to me is this...
I busted up my own store here in Columbia, SC because it seemed the market wasn't big enough to support the number of stores we have.
I thought if I was really going to pursue it instead of shutting it down, it would be this: Greenville, SC, Charlotte, NC, and most definitely Atlanta for Cygnus Music.
No worries, no such entity exists anymore, nor will it.
                  Cygnus Amplification?
                  That's a whole other dream.

The market is there, it just takes a bit to get attention over all the other noise. Be brave!

Hey Cyg, from a business perspective, what do you still have online here in the SouthEast? My knowledge of your empire is limited to what I gather from reading random JCF threads. Cygnus Amplification...that has a nice ring to it!

                      LOL.
I have nothing but my bench and those old contacts.
I do far too much work for free.
