  • Replacement for Kahler Fulcrum trem

    In another thread someone mention that the Kahler 2700 series would be a direct replacement for the Flucrum model, is this true? what other would fit?

    Yes. The 2710 "Killer" is a double-locking replacement that fits the post spacing of the Fulcrum trems. They don't make it anymore, but wammiworld had some for sale recently. They were very expensive, iirc. You can also check eBay & save a lot of money if one pops up there. The other option is to put a Wilkinson trem on. They just happen to have the same post spacing.

      I'm curious, how much do these differ from the Kahler on my ESP M-II?

        Yours looks a lot more like a 2760 Steeler:



        The biggest difference between it and a Killer is that The Steeler has the same post spacing as an OFR, which is much wider than on the Killer or Fulcrum trems.

          Interesting, thanks! The locking bolts are different, but otherwise very similar.
