Well I am not 100% sure(hoping to find out) but from what I have found out, I BELIEVE it is a 1987 RR1 custom shop made in Ontario(though it says USA). Stamp on the end of the fret board says RR2070. I have owned it for about 15 years and got a deal on it so I kept it. Was thinking recently about selling it but since I found this site I'm not so sure, I had no idea there was a site dedicated to these masterpieces. Yes thats a tiny pic of it in my avatar.

                That would be Ontario, California.
It's about 15-20 miles from Corona, where the current USA Jacksons are built.

                          Here's a local guitar company:

                          http://www.dingwallguitars.com/html/products.html

I'm pretty sure they can "widdle".
