on/off switches for pickups on dk2

Hi, I have a 2006/07 DK2, and have seen Jacksons from the 80's (don't know exactly which years and models) that use and individual switches for turn on and off each pickup. Is it possible to adapt this system to my DK2?

Sure, but you need to drill holes in the DK2 and fill the hole from the previous switch.

You'll probably need a re-finish of the body to make it look nice.

And at the price in the end it's easier and cheaper to buy yourself a Charvel Model 6 from the 80s, MIJ, looks like DK2, but is neck-thru and has real MOP inlays. It has the switches that you want and you can find one with Kahler or Floyd. You will never touch your DK2 after playing that one too.
