wiring humbucker + 1 single coil

does anyone know or give me links to wiring diagrams?

what i need is to wire a guitar with humbucker (bridge) and only a single coil (neck), no middle pick up, 1 volume pot, no tone pot and a 3 way switch.

this one should work even though it is for 2 humbuckers. I just used this one on the same setup but I used a hotrails in the single coil slot. Then I took it apart and sold it after the bridge broke.
