Vintage EMG 85 or New EMG 85 ???

Hey first post here...I was wondering what you guys think the sound difference would be between an EMG 85 made in 1989 vs. a brand new EMG 85?

We have discussed something about the new and old EMG's, here. There are some differences in the frequencies. I guess that there was a small increase in the output of the new EMG's.

I favor the old ones.The 1 hum(81) 2 single HI's are by far the best for singing leads and clear bell like tones.Very good OD tones as well very shred 80's type sound.This 81 needs a tone to fatten it up.
