  • stick a Hex-pu?

    hello,

has anybody tried to stick a hex-pu instead of screwing it?
Roland says it works, but I can hardly believe it.

Unfortunatly I have only one guitar and I dont want to drill it.
    It's a KV1, therefore I cant go for piezo.

So, anybody tried? will it last?
    I dont gig..

all right, guess my english aint that good.

      I try again:

      Roland GK3 Midi PU.
I heard you can tape it on your guitar instead of drill your guitar and screw the PU on/in.
Did anybody try this? Does it last?
can you adjust the PU when it is just tapped?

      thankyou

Well you English is better than my German. I haven't tried it but it would be a try and it would depend on what tape you use. Either way better than drilling holes in a guitar if you don't have to. I wish I could suggest a tape for you.
        Just one more guitar!

Yes, it would work. Use 2-sided tape. It is extremely sticky. 3M is a good brand to get.
