I have a RR Pro that has an problem. The input jack is AFU. Every time I plug it in it makes all kinds of noise. If I play with it enough I can get it to be normal but I need to get this fixed. I have taken out of the guitar and played with but to aviale. Any suggestions?

Anytime I had a problem with an input jack, I'd replace it with a Switchcraft jack and that would fix it for good. I use the stereo jacks like the ones that come with EMG pu's, even if it was for passive pu's and I'd just not connect the 3rd wire.
